Copper Strips Flat Wire Knitted Mesh
Copper knitted wire mesh is made of copper round wire or copper strips/flat wires, which has good electrical conductivity, heat transfer performance, no magnetism, corrosion resistance, low ductility and wear resistance. Knitted copper mesh is widely used in industrial filtration, petroleum, chemical, printing and other industries. It can also be used in electronic / electromagnetic / signal shielding network.
Copper knitted wire mesh filters is used for cleaning and filtration, also widely used as air filters, breathers and separators made for cars, trucks and farm equipment.
Copper knitted mesh can also be used as garden copper mesh. The Garden Copper knitted wire consists of knitted copper wire mesh rolls. If you do not want slugs and snails into your garden, you can use copper garden mesh cover ground, plant pots, plant stems and any area. As they attempt to cross the copper mesh their mucous trail causes a tiny electrical charge which repels them. This is a humane way of controlling molluscs in your garden, and it is completely harmless to children, pets, and wildlife.
Knitted wire tape or woven wire mesh
Knitted (or woven) wire mesh and tape has a number of applications but is used mainly for EMC / RFI screening of electrical power, control, data and communication cables and for earth continuity in cable joints. In addition, the springy nature of the tape lends itself to providing a mechanical cushion against adjacent surfaces.
Application is both quick and simple. The wire mesh tape is wrapped around the item to be protected to give a 50% overlap that produces 4 layers of screening.
